Melvin C. “Mel” Evick, 85, of Oak Street, Niles, died at 8:30 p.m. on Sunday, March 5, at West Woods of Niles, following an illness.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. on Friday, March 10, at First Presbyterian Church, Niles, with Raymond Fulbright, assistant to the minister of the church, officiating.
Burial will be in Silverbrook Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Thursday, at the Halbritter Funeral Home, Niles, from 6 to 8 p.m.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Foundation of the First Presbyterian Church.
