Shelby Louis Schantz died shortly after birth on Thursday, Feb. 23, at St. Joseph Hospital, South Bend, Ind.
Private services were held on Monday, Feb. 27, at Mission Hills Memorial Chapel, with the Rev. Larry Settle officiating. Entombment was at Mission Hills Memorial Gardens, Niles.
Memorial donations, in her memory, may be made to Riley's Children's Hospital.
Arrangements were made by Brown Funeral Home, in Niles.
