WASHINGTON, D.C. - Congressman Fred Upton (R-St. Joseph) made the following statement Wednesday regarding the proposed billion dollar deal to outsource operational control of U.S. ports. The proposed deal would put Dubai Ports in charge of major shipping operations in New York, New Jersey, Baltimore, New Orleans, Miami and Philadelphia.
