Vernus Lucille Mead, 75, of First Avenue, Dowagiac, died on Friday, Feb. 17, at Naples Community Hospital in Florida, during the time she was visiting her daughter.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 22, at Groner Funeral Home, in Dowagiac. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 21, at the funeral home. Following the funeral services, cremation will take place.
