NILES - St. Mary's School has received grants from American Electric Power in honor of AEP employees' significant volunteer service.
The AEP Connects program recognizes the commitment of AEP employees and retirees to their communities and supports causes that are important to them, according to Michael G. Morris, chairman, president and chief executive officer.
More than 780 grants were made company-wide last year representing more than 130,000 volunteer hours donated by AEP employees and retirees and their families.
