The Cassopolis Little League will hold its annual elections for officers and trustees for baseball and softball on Wednesday, Dec. 7 at the Cassopolis Volunteer Fire Department station.
The meeting will begin at 7 p.m.
Rum Village Fun Runs
SOUTH BEND, Ind. - The South Bend Parks and Recreation Department is sponsoring the 2006 Winter Fun Runs, held at Rum Village Park Nature Center.
Run dates are as follows:
Saturday, Jan. 14 – 5 miles and 2.5K
Saturday, Feb. 4 – 5 miles and 2.5K
Saturday, Feb. 25 – 5 miles and 2.5K
Divisions
(For both men and women)
10 and under; 11-13; 14-16; 17-19; 20-24; 25-29; 30-34; 35-39; 40-44; 45-49; 50-54; 55-59; 60-64; 65-69; 70 and over.
Registration time begins at 9 a.m. and continues until race time, which is 10 a.m. You may sign up at the Rum Village Nature Center, located in South Bend on Ewing Ave., approximately 3/4 of a mile West of South Main St. The Nature Center is on the Southwest side of the park near Gertrude.
Entry fee is $4 per person for ages 20 and older. It is $2 per person under 19-years-old. For more information, please contact Larry Morningstar at 574-255-1130.

This league is for girls in grades third through sixth. The cost is $15 for YMCA members, $25 for non-members. All registrations will be taken at the YMCA. Fees are to be paid when the registration form is turned into the YMCA. For more information call the YMCA today at 683-1552.
