NILES - The variety of restaurants which Niles residents have to choose from will become even larger as Quiznos Subs opens in Niles.
The restaurant is being added onto the north side of the Legus Shell, which is located at 434 S. 11th St., Niles.
Many people know the restaurant for its commercials with the adorable Baby Bob talking about the new tasty toasted sub the restaurant has to offer.
Construction of the structure took place over the summer months and the finishing touches are currently being completed on the interior.
Quiznos, which offers its customers a wide variety of toasted subs, soups and salads, is scheduled to open its doors on Dec. 15.
The subs are made fresh to order on Quiznos' own white or whole wheat baguette-style bread and then are toasted unless the customer say otherwise.
Sandwiches can be made with a variety of meats including turkey, ham, chicken, salami, roast beef and tuna salad. Quiznos offers your typical mayonnaise and mustard on its subs, but also some not so typical sandwich condiments including ranch dressing and guacamole.
Quiznos offers two different soups a day for customers dining pleasure, from four choices which include, broccoli cheese, chicken noodle, chicken and corn chowder and chili.
For those looking for a lighter meal, salads, which include honey mustard chicken, Roman chicken and garden, are available.
Quiznos also offers a kids meal for its smaller customers. The meal includes a kid sized sub, drink, cookie, snack and toy.
Applications are currently being taken for new employees for the Quiznos at Legus Shell.
