Brandywine students tackle Annie

NILES - This weekend, the heartwarming story of a little red-headed orphaned girl who gets a lucky break when a millionaire adopts her, comes to life in Niles.
The Brandywine Middle/High School Drama presents the musical, “Annie” on the stage of the Brandywine Elementary School gym, located at 2428 S. 13th St.
The production has been double cast to make things a bit easier on the students. Show times are tonight and Friday at 7 p.m. with two shows Saturday at 2 and 7 p.m.
The musical is from the book written by Thomas Meehan, lyrics by Martin Charnin and music by Charles Strouse.
Then enters Grace Farrell, played by Brittany Rose and Dori Prange, who invites Annie to the Warbucks estate for the Christmas holiday, Snorek said.
Reserved seating tickets are $5 for adults, $3 for senior citizens, students and children.
