CASSOPOLIS - Lance A. Purkhiser, 40, of 22500 Gage St., Dowagiac, died Monday, Nov. 7, 2005, at 12:40 p.m. in Hospice House of St. Joseph County, South Bend, Ind., after an illness of several years.
A funeral service will be held Saturday, Nov. 12, at 10 a.m. at Apostolic Lighthouse Church, M-62 West, Dowagiac.
Officiating will be Pastor Mark A. Johnson of Life Tabernacle, Elkhart, and Rick Campbell, interim pastor at United Presbyterian Church, Cassopolis.
Interment will be in Youngs Prairie Cemetery, Penn Township.
Friends may call at Connelly Funeral Home, Cassopolis, from 2 until 4 p.m. and from 6 until 8 p.m. on Friday.
