Rangers top Bisons

The Cassopolis soccer team improved its season record to 5-7-2 with a 6-0 win over New Buffalo in non-conference action on Oct. 12.
The Rangers led 2-0 at halftime before scoring four times in the second half to turn the match into a rout.
Bunlome Noringhang opened the scoring in the 15th minute before Travis Elledge made it 2-0 with a goal in the 33rd minute.
Marc File opened the second half scoring for the Rangers, before Alex Olafsson made it 4-0 with a goal in the 54th minute.
The Rangers final two goals came in the 66th and 73rd minutes by Tony Soukthvone and Olafsson respectively.
On Saturday the Rangers were defeated in the Lakeland Conference tournament by arch rival Edwardsburg, 6-0.
The tournament concluded Wednesday evening with the title match.
