Edwardsburg failed to qualify for the state finals as a team, however Khris Merrill advanced as an individual after shooting 78 on Friday.
Kalamazoo Christian captured the regional championship at Thornapple Creek Golf Club.
The Comets shot 312 to edge Lansing Catholic Central by four strokes. Kalamazoo Hackett finished third with a 326.
Christian, Catholic Central and Hackett all advanced to the state finals.
Edwardsburg finished 11th with a team total of 374.
Ryan Stoneburner shot 93 for the Eddies, while Nate Harness finished with a 101.
The Eddies also got a 102 from Michael Fantetti and a 103 from James Hentz.
Merill will compete in the state finals this weekend at Grand Valley State University's The Meadows.
The tournament will be conducted on Friday and Saturday.
