DOWAGIAC - Southwestern Michigan College is hosting its inaugural Rock ‘n Run Invitational today at 5:30 p.m.
Competing in the event will be Cassopolis, Berrien Springs, Vicksburg, Parchment, St. Joseph, Watervliet, Lakeshore, New Buffalo, River Valley, Bridgman, Decatur, Battle Creek Lakeview and Niles.
The boys' 5K run is scheduled to begin at 5:30 p.m. with the girls' 5K run set for 6:15.
The top two boy's and girl's teams will receive trophies. There will also be a trophy for the combined team winner in both boy's and girl's events.
The top 25 boys and girls will receive custom made stained glass awards.
