Candace Lynn Schwartz, 52, of Lake Shore Drive, Elkhart, Ind., formerly of Edwardsburg, died at 3 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 15, 2005, while a patient at Elkhart General, from congestive heart failure.
Funeral Services were at noon, Monday, Sept. 19, 2005, at the Paul E. Mayhew Funeral Home, in Edwardsburg. The officiating minister was Pastor Ed Viabla, Associate Minister of Granger Community Church, Granger, Ind.
Burial took place at Carleton Cemetery, County Road 4, East of County Road 5, in Elkhart, Ind.
Memorial Donations may be made to the Salvation Army.
Arrangements are by the Paul E. Mayhew Funeral home, Edwardsburg.
