NILES - Visiting Buchanan was too much for the Cassopolis tennis team Monday afternoon.
The Lady Bucks blanked the Lady Rangers 8-0 in Lakeland Conference play.
Buchanan dominated the doubles matches, dropping just nine games.
In singles play, however, the Lady Rangers put up quite a fight.
Nicole Moyer defeated Brittany Polmateer at No. 1 singles 7-5 and 6-3, while at No. 2 singles Kayla Nelson defeated Kelli Klimek 6-1 and 6-1.
Holly Lucas was a 6-3 and 6-1 winner over Cally Hass at No. 3 singles. At No. 4 singles, Joey Dreitzler defeated Qatisha Stevenson 6-1, 4-6 and 7-5.
Megan Vylonis and Robyn Bahr defeated Symone Pompey and Samantha Vlasicak at No. 1 doubles 6-1 and 6-2.
At No. 2 doubles, Katrina Weldy and Courtney Miller defeated Krista Jessup and Carmalita Peake 6-2 and 6-2.
Brianne Weldy and Mary Martin were 6-2 and 6-0 winners at No. 3 doubles, with Jessica Welsh and Sam Haner winning at No. 4 doubles over Tiffany Westphal and Amy Bloss, 6-1 and 6-1.
