Candace Lynn Schwartz, 52, of Lake Shore Drive, Elkhart, Ind., formerly of Edwardsburg, died at 3 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 15, 2005, while a patient at Elkhart General from congestive heart failure.
Funeral services will be at noon Monday, Sept. 19, 2005, at the Paul E. Mayhew Funeral Home, in Edwardsburg. The officiating minister will be Pastor Ed Viabla, Associate Minister of Granger Community Church, Granger, Ind.
Burial will be at Carleton Cemetery, County Road 4, East of County Road 5, in Elkhart, Ind.
Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 18, at the funeral home.
An additional visitation will be on Monday, one hour before services, at the funeral home.
Memorial donations may be made to the Salvation Army for Hurricane Katrina victims.
Arrangements are by the Paul E. Mayhew Funeral Home, Edwardsburg.
