Mustangs outscore Bobcats in LAC action

NILES - Brandywine's varsity soccer team took a 6-0 win over visiting New Buffalo Tuesday evening.
The Bobcats scored five of their six goals in the first half.
Matt Wieger scored the first two goals for Brandywine, one being in the first minute of the game on an assist by Kyle Low.
His next goal came at the nine minute mark on an assist from Matt Beaver.
With 21 minutes on the clock, Matt Duckett scored Brandywine's next goal on an assist from Low to put it up 3-0.
Travis Duncan scored a Bobcat goal at the 29 minute mark on an assist from Beaver and Josh Schlutt scored Brandywine's last goal of the first half with 36 minutes on the clock on an assist from D.J. Elrod.
In the second half, it was John Stapleton who scored the Bobcats' sixth and final goal at the 49 minute mark on and assist from Elrod.
Brandywine had 24 shots on goalf or the night, while New Buffalo only three.
The Bobcats had three saves, two from Kyle Perry and one from Elrod, while New Buffalo had 17.
