Rifenberg to lead local campaign

NILES - Paul Rifenberg has been selected by the United Way of Greater Niles to chair the 2005 fund raising campaign. Rifenberg, a lifetime resident of Niles, is owner of Rifenberg Life &Health Agency.
To launch the campaign the United Way will be a co-sponsor of the Four Flags Chamber of Commerce Business After Hours event at the Lakeland Athletic Club on Wednesday, Sept. 14.
The 2005 Charity Golf Scramble and Cookout is scheduled for Thursday, Sept. 22 at Indian Lake Hills Golf Course, Eau Claire. Registration begins at noon with a shotgun start scheduled for 12:30 pm. Golf spots are still available for only $60 which includes the cookout following golf. Hole sponsorships are also available for $60. Call the United Way at 683-1011 for reservations.
