NILES - The Edwardsburg soccer team scored a goal in each half Monday evening to blank visiting Buchanan 2-0 in a Lakeland Conference match.
Edwardsburg's Philip Turner tallied at 39:04 for the first half off an assist from Brent Shuttleworth.
In the second half Jeremy Watkins scored at the 78:36 mark of the match on an assist from Chris Hayes.
The Eddies return to action on Wednesday when they host New Buffalo in a non-conference match which is scheduled to begin at 5 p.m.
