NILES - Essie Dean "Dear" (Osborne) Roland, 81, of 911 S. 3rd St., Niles, passed away Tuesday, Aug. 30, 2005, at Silverboook Manor following an illness.
A funeral service was held today, Sept. 6, at 1 p.m. at Mt. Calvary Baptist Church, 601 Ferry St., Niles, with Pastor Bryant L. Bacon officiating.
Visitation took place an hour prior to the service.
Interment followed at Mission Hills Memorial Gardens.
Arrangements were entrusted to Brown Funeral Home, Niles.
