NILES - One lucky shopper at Williams Lumber and Hardware in Niles will be enjoying summer picnic on her new hexagonal picnic table.
Niles resident Joan Schmit submitted the winning entry in the Williams Lumber and Hardware WNDU16 Sizzlin' Summer Sweepstakes. To qualify for the drawing all Schmidt and the other entrants had to do was complete an entry form for the sweepstakes.
Schmidt was pleased to win and her mother commented that they are sure to be many memories formed among her grandchildren and great-grandchildren while sitting at that big beautiful table.
The Williams family has had a business in Niles for over 100 years. Since then, the business has grown into a Lumber and Hardware yard and offers customers more than 66,500 square feet of merchandise, including lumber and building materials, doors, windows, hardware, plumbing, electrical, paint, lawn and garden, and kitchen and bath.
