Evans/Turner tonight’s fare

NILES - Berrien County residents attending the 2005 Berrien County Youth Fair tonight are able to hear country music star Sara Evans performing with special guest star Josh Turner.
Evans is a Missouri native who started her country music career in 1995, when she moved to Nashville with her husband.
She released her first album, Three Chords that year and the Truth in 1997, and she hasn't stopped there.
She has since released two more albums, featuring hits such as "Born to Fly" and "Suds in the Bucket."
Turner grew up in South Carolina and moved to Nashville after high school to pursue his music career. In December 2001, his career got a giant boost as he appeared at the Grand Ole Opry.
Just one month after his stellar performance at the Grand Ole Opry, where he received a standing ovation, Turner was signed by MCA Nashville. He released his debut album, Long Black Train in 2003, which was certified gold.
Tickets for the 8 p.m. concert are $22 or $25 and all seating is reserved.

Friday's featured entertainment at 8 p.m.. is Bullmania where spectators can watch bull riders take a crack at staying on a twisting and turning bull for eight seconds. Tickets are $7.
On Saturday, the grandstand will be filled with excitement as cars go crashing into each other in a race to see who will be the last one still running in the demolition derby. The event starts at 8 p.m., with tickets costing $8.
Comedian Craig Tornquist will be the featured act on Thursday afternoon at 2 and 5 p.m. and Saturday at 2, 5 and 7 p.m.
Country music singer Steve Roberts will be performing Thursday at 7 p.m. and Friday at 2, 5 and 7 p.m.
