NILES - Brandywine Middle/High School will be starting the year without a principal.
Principal Chris Banaszak who has been the head administrator at the 700 student middle/high school since 2001, will be leaving the Brandywine Community School district, formerly the Brandywine Public Schools, to take a job as the coordinator of the magnet school grants program with the South Bend Community School Corporation. Her last day at Brandywine will be Friday, Aug 19.
