NILES - The Niles Athletic Booster Club kicks off the 2005-06 season for Niles parents, coaches and supporters on Wednesday in the Niles High School cafeteria at 7 p.m.
The Booster Club is made up of enterprising parents, coaches and volunteers who raise funds creatively for the Niles athletes. New officers for this year's Boosters are, President Alan Cramer, Vice President Mike Teske, Secretary Robin O'Toole and Treasurer Sue Majerek.
As a parent, fan, former Viking or new Vikings, the Boosters comes together to give their athletes the boost they need by raising additional monies for all sports teams needs and requests.
Speaking of a boost, Booster Fest is just around the corner!
The Niles Athletic Booster Club will be putting on a Booster fest on Oct. 29 at Michiana Party Hall.
Don't miss the opportunity to come out and support Niles athletics and have an awesome time.
All returning sports representatives, please bring your binders to the Aug. 17 meeting as information will be updated.
The Boosters would like to cordially invite any new NHS parents, friends and supporters to come to the meetings, which are held the third Wednesday of every month at 7 p.m. in the cafeteria. Membership is only $10, which is returned to the athletic programs.
