The Dowagiac football program will hold its Black and Orange game tonight at Chris Taylor-Alumni Field. The intra-squad scrimmage is set to begin at 6 p.m.
Unlike last year's game, this time around the teams will be playing on the varsity football field instead of the adjacent practice field.
The freshmen and junior varsity teams will scrimmage for 30 to 35 plays to open the evening.
The varsity and junior varsity football teams will then team up for a scrimmage.
Dowagiac will travel to Otsego this year for its annnual preseason scrimmage.
The freshmen and junior varsity squads will scrimmage at 4 p.m. with the varsity squad scheduled to scrimmage at 6 p.m.
Participating along with Dowagiac are Gobles, Unity Christian and Otsego.
