Dowagiac Union High School will be the site of Meet the Team Night on Wednesday, Aug. 17.
Student/athletes in grades 9-12 are invited to attend the Meet the Team Night which is scheduled to begin in the Union High School gymnasium at 6 p.m.
The purpose of the evening it to allow parents to meet their son or daughter's coach and to help them understand was is going to be expected of them throughout the upcoming season.
Dowagiac athletic director Greg Younger encourages all parents to attend this informational meeting.
Younger added that if anyone knows of any students who have not previously participated in athletics, they should encourage them to do so.
