NILES - Convenience is the word to describe the new coffee shop Brew Ha Ha at 920 Broadway in Niles, just one block east of the Niles Post Office.
Niles residents Lori Brawley and her mother-in-law Joyce Freshly opened Brew Ha Ha this morning at 6 a.m. The store's unique features are its two drive-thru windows.
Brew Ha Ha will offer a variety of speciality coffee drinks, such as lattes, cappuccino, smoothies, as well as cold soda. They will also be offering a line of pastries from local baker Cindy Coleman for their customers, as well as sandwiches during the lunch hour.
Brawley and Freshly had been talking to each other for quite some time about opening a coffee shop in Niles.
Brew Ha Ha offers its customers outside seating under the shade of umbrella tables on its patio, as well as a few inside seats for those rainy days.
Brawley and Freshly have spent the past few months painting and fixing up the location to give it a quaint coffee shop atmosphere.
In the future Freshly and Brawley hope to service businesses in town by offering a service where they bring orders directly to the business.
Last week, the couple invited friends, family and different organizations from around the Niles area to come and sample their fare.
