Funeral services for Donna M. Burks, 68, of 3070 York Road, Niles, are 10 a.m. Monday, at 10 a.m., at Portage Prairie United Methodist Church, 2450 Orange Road, Niles, with Pastor Tom Fox officiating.
Burks died June 22, 2005, at 8:05 p.m. of cancer at Lakeland Medical Center, Niles.
Burial will be in Mission Hills Memorial Gardens, Niles.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday, at Swem funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Berrien County Cancer Service or Portage Prairie U.M. Church.
