CJ Wright wins 32nd Linnen-Jeffries title

CJ Wright of Stevensville won the 32nd annual Linnen-Jeffries Junior Golf Tournament held at Hampshire Country Club on Friday.
Wright shot 77 to capture the 17-18-year-old division.
Dan Stanage of Cassopolis was second with Dowagiac's David Maxey finishing third.
Stanage and Maxey shot 77 and 79 respectively.
Will Loux of Cassopolis was fourth with a round of 80, while Scott Majerek of Niles was fifth with an 85.
Kale Wasso of South Haven was the medalist on the day as he captured the 16-year-old division with a round of 72.
Chris Haas of Niles and Ryan Stoneburner of Cassopolis tied for second with an 84.
Dowagiac's Nick Krizinski took fourth with an 87. Michael Fanntetti of Edwardsburg was fifth with a 95.
In the 15-year-old division, Alex Welch of Niles was the winner with a round of 80.
Dowagiac's Kevin Proshwitz finished second with an 85, while Matthew Shull finished third with a 94.
St. Joseph's Zach Fetters won the 13-14-year-old division with a 97.
Niles' Christopher Noble won the 11-12-year-old division with a round of 36.
Dowagiac's Cody Fairleigh was second with a 49, while Cassopolis' Blaise Suseland was thid with a 56 and Niles' Jared Langmeyer was fourth with a 57.
Tommy First of Cassopolis was fifth with a 66.
The 10 and under division title went to Dowagiac's Jordan Hagemann who shot 63.
Niles' Alec Dejonge finished third with an 83.
Sarah Crabtree won the girls' 14 and under division with a round of 63.
