Our precious baby girl, Amahri Eleona Falk, was born June 6, 2005, and went to heaven June 7, 2005.
Amahri's family met with friends on Friday, June 10, at 1 p.m. for visitation and the service was at 2 p.m. in the Groner Funeral Home and Cremation Service.
She was laid to rest at Sacred Heart of Mary Cemetery following the service.
Memorial contributions in Amahri's name may be directed to her family.
