Funeral services for Sylvester John "Butch" Jackowiak, 82, of East Bertrand Road, Niles, are 11 a.m. Wednesday, at Saint Mark Catholic Church, Niles, by the Rev. Joseph W. Koma C.S.C. of Saint Mark Catholic Church.
Jackowiaz died at 5:36 p.m. Friday, June 3, at Memorial Hospital, South Bend, Ind., following a brief illness.
Burial will be in Smith Chapel Cemetery, Niles.
Visitation will be from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m Tuesday at Halbritter Funeral Home. The Rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m Tuesday, at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made the Girls and Boys Town, Omaha, N.E. or Mooseheart, Moose International.
