Diamonds United remains undefeated

Dowagiac Diamonds United remained undefeated in the Blossomland Soccer League Friday night with a 3-2 victory over Athletic Jaier F.C. at Lake Michigan College.
Diamonds United (3-0) got two goals from Octavio Hernandez and a goal from Ismael Hernandez.
Jaier's goals came from Troy Sink and Brad Merrick.
Jaier is now 2-1 on the season.
In Bridgman Friday night at Ott Field, P&R F.C. blanked the Mariners, 2-0.
P&R (1-1) got both of its goals from Mark Nolte.
The Mariners fall to 0-3 on the season.
On Saturday at Dowagiac Union High School, The Dowagiac Chiefs rallied for a 3-2 victory over Jaier.
Dowagiac led 1-0 at halftime on a goal by Tony Black.
Jaier scored back-to-back goals in the second half by Matt Kellogg and Jen Bock to take a 2-1 lead.
Goals late in the second half by David Cardinas and Brian Edgerly gave the Chiefs the win.
The Chieftains are now 2-1 on the season while Jaier is 2-2.
