The Dowagiac varsity tennis team dropped a 7-1 decision to host Kalamazoo Loy Norrix on Monday in the final Big 16 Conference crossover match.
Dowagiac (2-8-1) picked up its lone victory at No. 4 singles where Mike Hoff defeated Ryan Smith, 6-1 and 6-4.
Dowagiac will travel to Battle Creek on Saturday to compete in the Big 16 Conference Tournament to be held at Harper Creek High School and Battle Creek Central.
