Bucks tennis team continues to make history

NILES - Wednesday night's tennis match between Lakeland Conference rivals Buchanan and Brandywine proved just how successful the Bucks' tennis has been for over a decade.
The match marked the 13th year in a row that Buchanan has gone without a conference dual loss.
The Bucks, now 6-1 overall, 5-1 in the LAC, picked up the 7-1 win over the visiting Bobcats on a much warmer and pleasant afternoon to be be outside.
Buchanan went undefeated in singles with Korey Camp claiming the 6-3, 6-3 win at No. 1 singles against Mike Nagy.
At No. 2 singles Harper Sulier took the 6-2, 6-3 win over Jake Sinkoff. Mario Bonardi defeated Cory Barber at No. 3 singles and Brad Burns took the 6-1, 6-0 win over Chris Harrison.
At No. 1 doubles Andrew Gordon and David Wright took the 6-2, 6-0 win over Billy McDonald and Jeremy Hecthel. Dillon Baily and Andrew Scoggin defeated Pat VanLaere and Adam Simons 6-2, 6-1 at No. 2 doubles.
Brandywine received its only win at No 3 doubles from Josh Niven and Sean Thronton who took the 6-3, 6-3 win for the Bobcats.
Justin Lovelady and Taylor Oake took the win at No. 4 doubles against Dan Whittney and Tyler Espick 6-0, 6-11.
Buchanan returns to the court next Wednesdaty when it hosts LMC. Match time is set for 4 p.m.
Brandywine will host Eau Claire tonight for a LAC match set to begin at 4 p.m. at Plym Park.
