The Dowagiac varsity tennis team was blanked by visiting Lakeshore Wednesday afternoon in a Big 16 Conference West Division match.
The most competitive match of the day came at No. 1 doubles were Josue Miranda and Mike DeRose lost to Jeff Schiman and Ben Halling, 3-6 and 3-6.
The Chieftains return to the court today to take on Brandywine in a non-conference match slated to begin at 4 p.m.
