Bobcats fall to Bridgman

NILES - Brandywine's tennis team fell to Bridgman Monday afternoon at Plym Park 6-2.
The Bobcats received their only two wins from Jake Sinkoff at No. 2 singles and Brian Echevarria and Kyle Bankston at No. 3 doubles.
Snkoff took the 6-3 win in the first set, lost in the second 5-7 and won in the third 6-2 over Dane Frandsen.
Echevarria and Bankston took the 6-4, 7-5 win over Casey Berli and Roger Gampel.
Mike Nagy fell at No. 1 singles to Jake Zars 0-6, 0-6.
Cory Barber fell to Miles Strebecil at No. 3 singles 4-6, 6-2, 4-6 and Chris Harrison fell to Rob Long at No. 4 singles 3-6, 2-6.
Robby Clark and Eric Clark picked up the 7-5, 6-0 win over Brandywine's Billy McDonald and Jeremy Hecthl at No. 1 doubles.
At No. 2 doubles Pat VanLaere and Adam SImons fell to Pat Beack and Bill Richardson 4-6, 1-6 and Dan Whitney and Tyler Gopick fell to Blake Barker and Tyler Fisher at No. 4 doubles 1-6, 1-6.
The tennis team returns to the courts on Wednesday against Berrien Springs at Plym Park. Match time is set for 4 p.m.
