Bobcats fall to Edwardsburg 8-0

NILES - The Brandywine tennis team suffered an 8-0 loss to Edwardsburg Monday afternoon.
Matt Horvath took the 6-0, 6-1 win over Mike Nagy at No. 1 singles. At No. 2 singles Brandon Muszynski took the 6-0, 6-0 win over Jake Sinkoff.
Nate Harness took the 6-3, 6-0 win over Cody Barber and No. 3 singles and Josh Marschke took the 6-1, 6-0 win over Chris Harrison at No. 4 singles.
At No. 1 doubles, Andrew Marbach and Mitch Parsons took the 6-3, 6-3 win over Jeremy Hechtl and Billy McDonald.
Justin Praklet and Matt Marbach took the 6-3, 6-2 win at No. 2 doubles against Adam Simons and Pat VanLaere.
At No. 3 doubles Joel Booker and Tom Blunie took the 6-2, 6-2 win over Kyle Bankston and Tyler Espick and Andy Breslin and Tyler Kendle defeated Brenton Millin and Dan Whitney at No. 4 doubles 6-0, 6-0.
The Bobcats will return to action on Wednesday at home against Lake Michigan Catholic. Match time is set for 4 p.m. at Plym Park.
