Commissioners resist changing claims policy

CASSOPOLIS - Cass County commissioners voted 12-3 Thursday night to defeat a revision to the 2002 claims policy.
Voting against the revision were Chairman Robert Wagel, Cathy Goodenough, Alan Northrop, Gordon Bickel, Jack Teter, Carl Higley Sr., Vice Chairman Ron Francis, Dixie Ann File, Minnie Warren, Johnie Rodebush, Dale Lowe and Robert Ziliak.
