Four arrests made in burglary

Dowagiac Police Chief Tom Atkinson reports the arrests of four Dowagiac men for their involvement in a burglary that took place last week.
As a result of anonymous information received, suspects were developed and located for questioning.
Based on information obtained, a search warrant was executed at a home in the 400 block of E. Division Street on Saturday, March 12.
At that home, some of the stolen property from the burglary was found.
As a result of the investigation, three people were arrested and charged with felony charges: second-degree home invasion, conspiracy to commit home invasion and possession of a firearm during commission of a felony.
They are: Paul Michael Moss, 32; Timothy Allen Donoho, 28; and Noah Lee Livingston, 21.
Another man, William Mathison Carpenter, was charged with receiving and concealing stolen property valued at $200 to $1,000. They were all arraigned in Cass County Fourth District Court on Monday.
Atkinson also reports the arrest of two Dowagiac men for felony drugs and obstruction charges. On 03-16-05, Dowagiac Police Officers received an anonymous tip that a wanted subject was walking down the street with a gun. Officer found him and another man walking and they immediately fled. Officers gave chase along with assistance from a deputy of the Cass County Sheriff's Office. Both subjects were caught. One was subdued using a "Taser" device and was found to be in possession of various narcotics. Both subjects were lodged in the Cass County Jail. Their names are being withheld pending arraignment.
