Queen to compete in Blossomtime

BENTON HARBOR - Niles/Brandywine queen Lacey Wiemuth will be one of the Miss Blossomtime contestants Monday night.
Two other Niles High School seniors will participate in the Mr. Blossomtime contest, which is on Sunday night, Brandon Spicer and Ryan Edmondson.
On Sunday evening beginning at 6:30 p.m., the queens will compete in the areas of communication, modeling, and most photogenic. Three winners will be named in each category. Mr. Blossomtime and his Court also will be named that night.
On Monday Miss Blossomtime and her Court will be crowned. The Miss Blossomtime Pageant will be held at 7 p.m. on Monday at the Mendel Center at Lake Michigan College.
A limited number of tickets for the Showcase of Queens and Mr. Blossomtime Competition on Sunday, March 6, and the Miss Blossomtime Pageant on Monday, March 7, are on sale to the public at the Blossomtime Festival Office at 151 E. Napier Avenue in Benton Harbor.

The cost of the tickets is $13 for Sunday evening and $18 for Monday evening.
