Sen. Cameron Brown speaker for Lincoln Day

EDWARDSBURG - The annual Lincoln Day Dinner sponsored by the Cass County Republican Party will take place at 7 p.m. Saturday, March 19, at the American Legion here.
State Sen. Cameron S. Brown, R-Sturgis, will be the featured speaker.
Brown serves the 16th District of Branch, Hillsdale, Lenawee and St. Joseph counties.
Prior to 2002, he served two terms in the state House of Representatives.
His district then included Cass County.
Brown is a member of the Senate Appropriations Committee and chair of the subcommittees on agriculture, state police/military and veterans affairs.
He is vice chair of the judiciary/corrections subcommittee and serves on the K-12/school aid/education subcommittee and on the technology and energy committee.

Adult tickets cost $25.
To encourage high school students to become informed and involved in the American political system, they are invited to be the GOP's guests free of charge. High school students must be accompanied by a parent or authorized adult or have parental permission and have a reservation made with Mrs. Stanley.
