NILES - The host Lady Vikings will take on Big 16 Conference West Division champion St. Joseph in the opening round of the Class B District Volleyball Tournament at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 26.
In the other first round match, Berrien Springs will face Coloma at noon.
Lakeshore, which received a bye, will face the winner of the Niles-St. Joseph match at approximately 2 p.m., while Coloma, which also received a bye, will meet the Berrien Springs-Edwardsburg winner at approximately 4 p.m.
The championship match is scheduled for approximately 6 p.m.
Class B at Sturgis
Dowagiac and Sturgis, an honorable mention selection in the latest coaches poll, both received first round byes in the Michigan High School Athletic Association Class B District Tournament, which is being hosted by the Lady Trojans.
Dowagiac and Sturgis will meet in one semifinal match on Saturday, Feb. 26.
In the other semifinal, Three Rivers will take on the winner of the Paw Paw-Vicksburg first round match, which is scheduled to begin at 10 a.m.
No time has been set for the semifinals to being.
The finals are slated to get under way 30 minutes after the completion of the semifinals.
