NILES - The Niles High School men's golf team has been given the opportunity to sell Buick Open Golf tickets at a reduced price to raise money for its program. This year's Buick Open will be held July 25 – 31 at Warwick Hills Golf &Country Club in Grand Blanc, MI.
Tickets normally cost $30 in advance or $35 at the gate. Niles is selling them for only $20.
For every ticket the team sells, it will recieve $10 and the remaining net proceeds are donated to Buick Open charities, after expenses.
The Buick Open has raised more than $6.4 million for Michigan charities since 1982.
If you are interested in purchasing tickets and would like to get one or more at this price, contact a member of the men's golf team, coach Greg Gunder at 687-8464, stop by the Niles High School athletic office at 1441 Eagle St., or call the office at 684-8683.
All monies will be run through Niles High School Athletics. Any check should be made out to Niles High School. Tickets will be available until May 10.
