Scarpone leads Jets to 4-0-0 week

FARGO, N.D. - Creighton Scarpone from Buchanan scored seven points to lead the Junior Hockey Fargo-Moorhead Jets to a perfect week Dec. 28-Jan. 2.
Scarpone scored a goal and handed out six assists in the Jets four wins last week, helping Fargo go 4-0-0. The Jets moved back into first place in the North American Hockey League's West Divsion at 227-1.
Scarpone scored at least a point in each of the Jets' four games last week and now has a career best 20 points. His total consists of six goals and 14 assists.
He is amongst the NAHL scoring leaders for defensemen. Scarpone finished with four points in 40 games during the 2003-2004 season.
Scarpone is in his second year with Fargo-Moorhead and is an assistant team captain.
The FM Jets are in their second season as members of the North American Hockey League. The NAHL is the nation's largest Junior A hockey league and is now in its 29th year of operation.
