Constantine woman collides with Paw Paw Jeep

CASSOPOLIS - Cass County Sheriff Joseph Underwood Jr. reports that his office is investigating a personal-injury accident that occurred on M-40, north of M-60, Newberg Township Monday.
A 2000 Volkswagen Jetta, driven by Leeann Farmer, 39, of Constantine, lost control on the icy roadway and crossed the center line.
Mrs. Farmer's vehicle then struck head-on a Jeep Wrangler driven by Michael Elsey, 51, of Paw Paw.
Elsey was transported to Three Rivers Area Hospital by Newberg Ambulance Service due to injuries received in the traffic crash.
Farmer was treated on scene.
Her minor passengers were not injured. All persons involved were wearing seatbelts.
Alcohol was not a factor in the crash.
