CASSOPOLIS - Police Chief Frank Williams Jr. reports his department and the Cass County Sheriff's Office are investigating a fatal four-car crash that happened at 12:40 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 16, on E. State Street in the village of Cassopolis.
One person died from injuries sustained in the accident.
Police withheld all names pending further investigation and review of the accident by the Prosecutor's Office.
Cassopolis Police Department was assisted by Cassopolis Area Ambulance, Casopolis Fire Department, Dowagiac ambulance and Edwardsburg ambulance at the scene.
