Brandywine is still searching for its first victory in 2004, and Friday might be its best chance of the season to get it.
The Bobcats (0-4) return home after a 46-6 loss at Cassopolis last week to face a River Valley team with an identical record.
While both occupy the bottom of the Lakeland Conference, the Mustangs are the only team in the league that has scored fewer points and given up more than Brandywine.
The Bobcats were held scoreless in their first two contest, but scored twice against Buchanan on Sept. 10 and found the endzone once against Cass.
River Valley has yet to score a single point this season.
Brandywine has given up an average of 43.3 points in it four losses. The Mustangs, however, have allowed their opponents to score an average of 52.3 points per game.
Friday night is also Homecoming for the Bobcats, who are hoping to pull out a victory in front of a larger-than-normal crowd of alumni.
