NILES - A program to formally cap the time capsule of the Veteran's Memorial will take place on Wednesday at 5 p.m.
The program will be held at the Fort St. Joseph Museum and is sponsored by the Veteran's Memorial Committee.
The time capsule is a part of the Veteran's Memorial with a goal of recognizing and paying tribute to all veterans.
It will contain numerous objects and paper items that reflect the history of Niles with an emphasis on its contribution to the military affairs of the United States.
The public is invited to attend the capping ceremony, and there is no admission fee.
