CASSOPOLIS -- "This is awesome," said Buchanan Mayor Joe Scanlon Tuesday, while eating brunch with Julia Bell, Village President of Cassopolis during the annual Mayor's Exchange. "What a great way to use the water," he added.
Also participating from Buchanan were: Treasurer Juli O'Bryant, City Clerk Gladys Bybee, Assessor Gordon Schreiber, City Manager Mike Hughes, Fire Chief Warren Weaver, Chief of Police Brian Russell, and Mayor Pro Tem Flo King.
