Niles High School freshman Isaiah Glaze finished eighth in the 100-meter dash at the Division 2 Track and Field Finals at Caledonia High School Saturday.
Glaze ran a time of 11.63, just .56 slower than champion Corey Pennywell of Dearborn Heights Crestwood. Darrin Tape of Middleville Thornapple Kellogg finished second with a time of 11.17, Kevin Lawson of Lansing Sexton took third with a time of 11.27, Kevin Berrien of Yale finished fourth at 11.38, Kyle Percival of Lansing Waverly finished fifth at 11.43, Bristo Bell of River Rouge took sixth with a time of 11.48 and Hubert Brown of Saginaw finished seventh at 11.53.
