CASSOPOLIS -- Once again the Lakeland Family Clinic in Cassopolis will offer sports physicals for students in grades seventh through high school. The date is Thursday, May 20, from 4-7 p.m. and students will be seen according to their grade level.
Juniors -- 4; Sophomores -- 4:30; Freshmen -- 5; 8th graders -- 5:30; 7th and 6th graders -- 6. You must be at the clinic no later than 6:30 p.m. to receive a physical.
The Lakeland Clinic is donating this service. A fee of $10 will be given back to the Cassopolis Athletic Boosters to further support the Athletic Program. Insurance and Medicaid cards will not be accepted at this time.
This is the only time physicals will be offered at this price through the clinic.
